I've had a busy month in Canberra and here in our electorate. As well as meeting with a range of local community and business groups, I took my mobile office on the road to Yarra Glen, Woori Yallock, Yarra Junction, Warburton and Healesville.
All the best,

Yarra Ranges Relay for Life
Relay for Life is the world's biggest fundraising event for cancer research and it's back in Healesville this weekend.
So far, 42 teams have registered to relay for 18 hours, taking the opportunity to get together with like-minded community members to celebrate cancer survivors, remember loved ones lost and fight back against cancer.
I have registered with a team and I would encourage you to join this fun, family friendly community event. Registrations are open from 12 noon on Saturday 10th November at Don Road Sporting Complex, Healesville.

Melbourne Breast Cancer Bra Walk
Congratulations to Sue Calder and team for making the Melbourne Breast Cancer Bra Walk and the preceding VIP night, a great success.
I was pleased to be in attendance today when a cheque was presented to the Maroondah Breast Screen Clinic to assist in the purchase of some much needed equipment.
Thank you to everyone who supported my participation in Animal Aid's Sampson's Challenge fundraiser. By pledging to walk my dogs, Maggie and Flynn 5 times a week for 4 weeks, my family and I were able to reach our fundraising target of $1000.
Sampson's Challenge is an ongoing fundraiser for Animal Aid as part of their Give them a Voice Campaign. For more information visit: givethemavoice.org.au
My most recent Mount Evelyn Mail column gave me the opportunity to praise the hard work of Megan Fleming and her committee in the lead up to the Yarra Ranges Relay for Life. You can read my column here.
On Tuesday 18 September, I was interviewed on ABC News 24 Breakfast where I discussed the House Economics Committees oversight of the Reserve Bank of Australia. You may be interested in reading a transcript of that interview that can be found on my website.
